Diet Time Again


We lived it up this weekend and will pay the price at the
scale today. It was worth it but now it's back to the basics.

Protein powder in Crystal light for breakfast
Tuna salad for lunch
Chicken and green beans for dinner
Sugarless Jello with Cool Whip for dessert

it works for me so let's get it on for the rest of the month.
