It's Red Baby!

It was indeed a RED LETTER day! I made my weight

and Stephanie called. Both of these things made me very

happy. I've worked hard (hard for me) to lose the weight

and days like this show me it's worth it. I'm the lowest

I've been in YEARS! And I'm going to keep it up since

I'm obviously on the right track. Then Stephanie called

and I haven't talked to her for quite a while. It was a very

pleasant surprise. We talked for awhile and it was good!
