Dirty Words

A lot of dirty words are 4 letter words.

F*CK, SH*T, C*NT, D*CK, T*TS, etc.

But the dirty word I'm thinking of is DIET!

We weigh today and have decided to step

up the diet to a new level. GAWD! I hate

it but it needs to be done. Of course if we

have good numbers this morning, all will

be OK as is. But I don't see that happening.
